North Kerala Dairy Project - Milk Flow Study and its Revision

The study examined the volume and pattern of milk surplus availability in North Kerala, estimated the potential for milk procurement and flow across the project area and recommendations of the requirements of milk chilling and processing capacity needed.

The study provided inputs for planning the growth of North Kerala Dairy Project. The scope of the study included data collection from the study area, detailed discussions with the concerned functionaries, analysis of data and preparation of report with recommendations.
