The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released RRB NTPC Notification 2024 for a total of 11558 Graduate (Level 5 & Level 6) and Undergraduate (Level 2 & Level 3) level posts on its official website i.e indianrailways.gov.in. A complete notification regarding RRB NTPC vacancies published on 13 September 2024.
The Online application process for graduate level post will start on 14 September and for undergraduate level post will start on 21 September. Candidates who meet the RRB NTPC eligibility criteria can fill the application form and start their preparation for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria : –
To apply for RRB Non Technical Popular category (NTPC) vacancies, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The Board has assessed the eligibility criteria based on the following bases : –

- For Graduate Level Posts : – Candidates must have passed the graduation or equivalent degree from a recognised board or institute.

- For Graduate level Posts : – Candidates age should be between 18 years to 35 years as of 01 January 2025.
- For Undergraduate level Posts : – Candidates age should be between 18 years to 33 years 01 January 2025.

Selection Process for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024 : –
To qualify this recruitment drive, candidates must need to clear the following stages :
- CBT 1:-
This is the first step and mode of the exam is online. Here candidates knowledge tested on the subjects Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness. Question paper consists of 100 questions of total 100 marks. The difficult level of exam is low to medium range.
- CBT 2:-
Candidates who passed the CBT 1 exam are eligible to sit in this exam.This exam checks candidates’ knowledge in Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness subject but the difficulty level is different from the CBT 1 exam.
- CBAT :-
The Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) is conducted for the post like Station Master & Traffic Assistant.
Typing Test is conducted for the post such as Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist.
- Document Verification (Dv) : –
Candidates who qualify the CBT 1 & CBT 2 Exam and post in which CBAT exam is necessary are called for document verification. This stage involves proof of documents like educational qualification, category certificate and other required documents.
- Medical Examination :-
This is the final stage where candidates’ medical fitness is checked to see if they are medical fit or not for the respective post.
